Dave East "Free Smoke" Video

Dave East's new video takes place "somewhere in Philadelphia." It's for East's freestyle over Drake's "Free Smoke," the menacing opener from More Life, and it's tight pockets are a perfect match for East's grid-like flows. The track, which precedes East's upcoming Paranoia project finds him taking on some current events and topics. He addresses Ross' beef with Birdman, and suggests "Trump never needed votes." It's equivalent of a great radio freestyle released as a proper track, and serves as a perfect warm-up for what East has lined up next. Look out for his new project to drop in the near future.
