BJ The Chicago Kid Talks Debut Album & Working With Dr. Dre on Compton (Interview)

BJ The Chicago Kid stopped by the HNHH office to give us a quick update on everything he has going on right now. The singer revealed that he's preparing his debut album, In My Mind, for a September or October release. He also touched on his contributions to Dr. Dre's Compton album ("you'll definitely hear my voice"), which will be available before the week's end.

Despite still very early in his career, BJ already has a Grammy nomination to his name for Schoolboy Q's hit, "Studio," another accolade he mentions in the sit-down. You can catch him on tour with Jill Scott now.
