Last night on the eve of the election, Donald Trump told a crowd of supporters (and avid Patriots fans) in New Hampshire that Tom Brady personally called him to say he'd be voting Trump on Election Day.
“Great guy, great friend of mine — great, great champion. Unbelievable winner,” Trump said.
“He called today and he said, ‘Donald, I support you, you’re my friend, and I voted for you.’”
Furthermore, Trump said the Patriots QB gave him permission to pass that information along during his rally last night. Whether or not that conversation really happened remains in question, but according to Brady's wife Gisele Bundchen it's not true.
A few days ago, one concerned citizen, who goes by @_ricky_ve on instagram, asked Gisele in the comments section of one of her IG posts if the rumors were true to which she swiftly replied, "NO!"
It's also worth noting, earlier in the day yesterday Brady appeared on Boston's "Kirk & Callahan Show" and said he had not voted yet when asked about his stance on this presidential election.
