Kobe Bryant has decided to team up with ESPN for a 6-part series called “Canvas,” which finds the former Laker great diving into various topics surrounding the NBA. The first episode was just released on Christmas, in lieu of the NBA Finals rematch between the Cavs & Warriors, and was called “Guarding The Greats,” which finds Kobe discussing how to contain & stop Lebron James. Bryant not only narrates the video, but is also credited as a director and writer for the series as well.

During the five-minute clip, the 18-time All-Star talks about going the extra mile to gain an upper hand on the elite player you are guarding, or else you will end up failing. Check out all that & more in the first clip above.
