A week after releasing HERE, her first album in four years, Alicia Keys has shared the video to her latest single, last month's "Blended Family," which features A$AP Rocky. The moving black-and-white video shows loving clips of Keys and her husband, Swizz Beatz, with their children, a few of whom she didn't give birth to. Her message to them is that family doesn't have to be solely made up of blood relatives and that she's proud to be their mother. The video also contains scenes of other happy families who may not reflect the traditional American household. Rocky shows up later on in the video with a few women whom he considers family. "I believe love could bring us closer to blood," he and Keys sing in unison.
Keys recently performed "Blended Family" on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and instead of Rocky, she was joined by Brooklyn's Young M.A, who rapped a verse about her own unique upbringing. Rocky is the only feature on HERE. Listen to the album here.
