Lil Yachty currently has two songs on the Hot 100; his own "1 Night" and DRAM's "Broccoli," the latter of which has invaded the top ten. It seems the Atlanta rapper has jumped from cult sensation to marketable artist, and his pop turn on Charli XCX's "After The Afterparty" should continue that tangent. Yachty joins the UK songwriter in a colorful video that recalls Miley Cyrus' surreal, ADD-suffering "We Can't Stop." Yachty flexes his melodic muscle, adding an auto-tuned verse that sits comfortably next to Charli's shout-punctuated vocals. The song is expected to serve as the lead single for Charli's third studio album, which is currently without a title or release date.
