How does Young Dolph drop all these videos? It's not like any of them are low budget; quite the opposite: they're most always crisp, clean, and cinematic. Only a certified trapper could keep up with such an output. His latest visual comes to the Rich Crack Baby track "What Yo Life Like," produced by Zaytoven and featuring 2 Chainz, who's been a longtime mentor for the self-proclaimed King of Memphis.
The video takes viewers into a dingy blue apartment, where a young boy -- perhaps Dolph's childhood self -- glumly watches his mother hit the crack pipe. He prays to God to show him a way out, and he looks to the outside streets as a possible answer. 2 Chainz has snapped on every single one of the plethora of features he's dropped off this year, and he doles out some highly potent punchlines on "What Yo Life Like" ("Got my Cali plug one night I went to Pin Ups / Started doin' kush-ups while yo' ass was doin' chin-ups!"). He shows up in the new video to prove that he and Dolph are cut from the same cloth.
After the "What Yo Life Like" video, shot by Howard Ross, ends, Dolph previews another video off Rich Crack Baby, to the T.I.-featuring "Foreva." The visual, which stars Instagram models such as Chinese Kitty and Mizz Twerk Sum, is "coming soon." In the meantime, stream Rich Crack Baby in its entirety here.
