Action Bronson appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" last night to promote his VICELAND show "Fuck, That's Delicious." The interview included three humorous segment, the first in which Bronson recalled the time he ate a baby turtle.
He didn't know it was a baby turtle; he was at Tokyo's Les Créations de Narisawa, the mostly highly-regarded restaurant in Asia, and unwittingly ate a "glandular" meat that turned out to be a soft-shelled baby turtle. "It was a turtle, a baby variety. I love baby turtles, they're something to see. They scrape through the sand," he said.
He then professed his love for oxtails. "Shouts to oxtails."
In later portions of the interview, which you can view below, Bronson recalled his jobs of the past. He was briefly a chef for the New York Mets and got fired for throwing a coworker over a desk. ("I was terminated on sight.") He was a chef for 10 years and briefly moonlighted in the asbestos-removal industry, as well as the stealing-TVs-from-K Mart industry. "Tribulations of a young boy in New York City," he explained.
