John Brenkus of ESPN's "Sport Science" welcomed in the Knicks' Kristaps Porzingis this week to break down his athletically ability, and although we already knew the dude was a freak these numbers suggest he's on a "NBA 2K Create-A-Player" level.
In analyzing the 7'3 forward, they found that he can dribble in and out of traffic with a speed that rivals guys like Isaiah Thomas and D'Angelo Russell, while also being able to jump higher than Blake Griffin.
And when you combine all of that with his nearly 7'4 wing span, the Madison Square Guardian presents a real problem for the rest of the league.
In his rookie campaign with the Knicks, the 21-year old PorzinGod averaged 14.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.9 blocks per game, something he'll hopefully build upon after putting some more meat on his bones in the off season.
