The reclusive Isaiah Rashad has opened up over the past few days and given a few interviews in support of his debut album, The Sun's Tirade, which is due out tomorrow (Sept. 2). In a new sit-down with Sway, he discusses some of the music on The Sun's Tirade and also expands on his recently revealed struggles with addiction, which almost got him kicked out of TDE. He also shares a story from a few months ago about when his mother cut off all his hair in an effort to rid him of bad omens. They capped off the purification ritual by sharing a blunt.
About 30 minutes into the segment, Sway asks Rashad to take part in the obligatory "5 Fingers of Death" freestyle session. He kills it, rapping over beats like OutKast's "Elevators," Wayne's "Mrs. Officer," and French Montana & Kodak Black's "Lockjaw."
