TIDAL is gearing up for Made in America by releasing a series of interviews with artists who are scheduled to perform at the festival. Today, they released an interview with Lil Studio, which they shot in the studio, Yachty's happy place.
"I'm here every night. I don't club, I don't party. I don't drink, I don't smoke. I just record," Yachty explained.
Yachty touched on a couple other topics, including his friends' and family's reaction when he announced that he was dropping out of school and his opinion on "serious rap." "I hate serious rap, it's so boring. Serious rap music puts me to sleep," he said.
Made in America is set to go down the weekend of September 3-4. See the full lineup here.
