Ahead of his sophomore album, MC4, which is set to drop next month, French Montana has graced the cover of the latest digital issue of XXL Magazine. "French Montana: Born to Win," reads the headline of the new cover, showing French with his Capuchin monkey on his shoulder. "Born to Win" is also the title of a new documentary that XXL has released to accompany French's cover story. The 17-minute video follows French through Calabasas, where he just purchased a home that formerly belonged to Selena Gomez.
The Coke Boys boss covers a wide range of fascinating topics in the new doc, including his Muslim faith and how Donald Trump is exploiting what is a peaceful religion. He notes that the vast majority of the violence perpetrated by ISIS targets innocent Muslims. He also discusses the unsolved murder of Chinx, as well as the the rare artistry of his incarcerated collaborator Max B.
