Boston rapper Michael Christmas has all the indie clout necessary to reach its upper echelons, including co-signs from indie-label-climbers (and by climb I mean up to a major label), Mac Miller and Logic. During a press run to promote his latest free project, an EP titled Baggy Eyes, Michael Christmas stopped by the office to chop it up about his come up. Although the EP dropped in May, at the end of our interview Mickey promises he'll be dropping another EP, maybe even two more.
Christmas also walks us through growing up in Boston and his home life, how he came up with his rap moniker, connecting with Mac and Logic and more. Watch the new episode above. If you missed it, we're doing the first-ever On The Come Up mixtape this year, leading the way with leaks from Madeintyo ("Shawty Freestyle") and 21 Savage ("Racks In My Pocket").
