Mondays have been a little better this year thanks to Nipsey Hussle. Today marks the ninth Monday in a row on which Nipsey has dropped a new track, as part of his "Marathon Monday" series. His latest release, "Full Time," is a hard-hitting West Coast collab featuring San Diego rapper Mitchy Slick. Listen here.
But that wasn't all. Hours after "Full Time," Nipsey has come through with a brand new video to the past Marathon Mondays track "Status Symbol 2," released at the end of last month. The track features Buddy and is a sequel to the original "Status Symbol" collab they dropped in 2014.
The new video is situated in Nipsey's home streets, and it finds him kicking back with his new dreads, a little gambling here and a little street racing there. It's directed by Be El Be, who has emerged as a highly respected videographer due to his innovative work alongside Young Thug.
Nipsey continues to use all of his new material to promote his upcoming album, Victory Lap, which will hopefully touch down this summer.
