The BET Awards have concluded, though the hip-hop celebrations continue. All weekend, fans were eagerly awaiting DJ Khaled's new anthem, "I Got the Keys," featuring Future and Jay Z, and as promised, the video premiered right after tonight's award show. The video was filled cameos from some of hip-hop's leading men, including A$AP Ferg, who decided to premiere a new video of his own right after "I Got the Keys." Ferg's new video is for the track "World Is Mine," which appeared on his April album Always Strive and Prosper. The song features Big Sean and is produced by No I.D.
As was the case in the "I Got the Keys" video, the "World Is Mine" visual finds Ferg dressed in an expertly tailored suit. This time, however, the color scheme is no longer black and white; he and Sean are dressed in rich and vibrantly colored vĂȘtements, though there's a dim lighting that suggests such luxurious hues can only glimmer for so long. Ferg's love interest in the video seems to passively enjoy the lavish estate that her man has bestowed upon her, but he somehow knows that she's not fully satisfied. The clip ends with him walking in on her on top of another man. He knows that no matter how much material power is within his grasp, his most prized possessions are never safe.
