On The Come Up: Wiki

Wiki is the latest subject of our On The Come Up video series.

Wiki first made some noise as part of the collective RatKing, which is a Manhattan-based rap group comprised of Wiki, Hak and Sporting Life. Recently he's branched out on his own, dropping off his debut solo project Lil Me back in December. Just yesterday he released an animated music video for the Kaytranada-produced "3 Stories" off Lil Me, and this morning, he followed that up with a 'Secret Circle' release-- something which he actually alludes to in our On The Come Up interview.

Suffice to say, you've probably seen his name around, but you may not be very familiar with the man himself. The New York rapper stopped by the office to break everything down in an On The Come Up interview. He runs through the origins of his name as well as the RatKing name (shout out Ninja Turtles), recently learning how to produce, his New York influences (which leads into a discussion of the current NY rap scene, where Wiki admits ATL is basically on top of the game at the moment), and of course, how he lost his front teeth.

Watch the latest OTCU piece above, and if you missed last week's, we kicked off Season 5 with 21 Savage.
