Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Perform "Dance Off" On Ellen

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have been Ellen-approved for a while, so it's no surprise that they stopped by to perform their new single, "Dance Off," which is perfect territory for the show, as we know Degeneres encourages body movement of all types. Naturally, the performance is filled with impressive moves, and Ellen even drops in towards the end.
