Yesterday, in addition to announcing a new album (Major Key, on the way) and a new business deal with Epic for We The Best, DJ Khaled also appeared on Ebro in the Morning for Hot 97. This forty-five-minute-long "cloth talk" episode finds Khaled explaining how his "whole life" changed.
The conversation begins with Khaled explaining who told him to get on that Snapchat game, and how he's progressed to a full-blown star in his own right, as Peter Rosenberg calls him an "A-lister." He sprinkles a good deal of motivational quotes in the interview as well, taking us back to when he couldn't even afford his apartment but continued to #grind, making only $100 a week. He gets pretty amped mid-interview and starts standing up. Only Khaled.
Watch it above.
