PREMIERE: Wara from the NBHD rages like he has nothing to lose on the new "Shotclock" video, taken off his December release "If Guns Could Speak PSA."

Wara from the NBHD has returned to his December project If Guns Could Speak PSA to release the video to the track "Shotclock." The project showed off Wara's impressive eye for street-level detail, but more than anything -- with its use of wailing guitars and low-end bass -- it was an unflinching piece of protest music. For the "Shotclock" visual, Wara returns to his stomping grounds in Brooklyn, and it's proof that he can make a more thrilling video in the confines of an empty bedroom than most guys can with a lot full of cars and models. Wara also ventures onto project rooftops and grimy back alleys throughout the video, providing an understanding of where his raging inspiration comes from.

Before "Shotclock," Wara had provided a similarly visceral video to the PSA track "Bubblin," which was taken down by YouTube due to its "hostile imagery" and provocative use of the American flag. Wara's team has now re-uploaded said video and combined it with a brand new visual to the track "Don't Call 911." Watch below.

"YouTube making me take the videos down let me know that I was doing my job," Wara told us in a statement about the removal of 'Bubblin.' Art should get under people's skin. That was its entire purpose from jump: to deliver a message to whomever it may have concerned. PSA was a musical statement...Regardless, we said fuck them and fused the two vids into one."
