Money Put Away

In case you weren't keeping track, Curren$y released 12 projects in 2016, and one of them was Revolver, both a musical project and short film in collaboration with Sledgren. The two reunite on "Money Put Away," a new track with Jet Life artists Ty and Corner Boy P also in tow. Despite claiming he wouldn't be releasing a project until April, Spitta has made an exception for this short group project, which was recorded during a recent trip to Atlanta which produced a total of 20 records, 6 of which with these three involved.

"Money Put Away" reminds us of the chemistry between Sledgren and Curren$y, who come together to make a hazy, cinematic world that's further fleshed out by its supporting characters.
