Young Dolph just released his official debut album, King Of Memphis, a week back, and for an independent release, it's received quite a bit of attention. Naturally, the rapper stopped by the Breakfast Club to promote his new project, where he talked quite about his decision to stay independent, as well as his decision to use the word "King" in his album title, which he explains he something he feels everyone should aspire to be.
Later on, he talks about the birth of his first child, as well as his decision not to embrace melody the way much of Atlanta has. Watch the full interview above.
