Last month, Young Dolph shared a picture of himself next to a young white kid on Instagram. The kid was apparently put under Dolph's supervision for 24 hours because of a court order against the Memphis rapper. He told his followers that the kid had been skipping school and stealing, but that didn't stop Dolph from lighting up a blunt in his presence, for all of Instagram to see.
Well, this kid is slowly becoming something of a legend, as he now appears in Dolph's new "Get Paid" video, which begins with Dolph sitting in a courtroom due to $4,000 in unpaid traffic tickets. In this scenario, too, Dolph has a blunt in hand. Dolph gets his sentencing and then appears next to the same young troublemaker seen on Instagram last month. The video goes on to document Dolph's 24 hours of babysitting.
And a day in Dolph's mansion is any adolescent boy's dream, especially considering the scantily-clad maid who's shown working the house on all fours. We don't know if this kid is an actual delinquent or simply a child actor, but regardless, Dolph has put forth a great video with "Get Paid."
The single will appear on Dolph's upcoming album, The King of Memphis, out this Friday. "Get Paid" is produced by Reazy Renegade, who was the subject of our "Behind the Beat" series last October.
