To kick off Black History Month today, Day Jacke & Killer Mike decide to come through and share a fitting new video in support of December’s “Hands Up” release, which addressed important socially-conscious issues like police brutality.
With the lights out and the hoodie up (which looks to pay homage to Mike Brown & Trayvon Martin), Daye delivers a powerful & touching new video that empowers the #BlackLivesMatters movement and peace for all in America. Unfortunately, Killer Mike doesn't star in the clip, but he does make a couple appearances thanks to the footage shown from his sit-down with CNN. Check out the raw, David Gallardo-directed clip above.
