Originally popularized by Jimmy Fallon, the lip sync battle trend is still in full swing. On Spike TV’s show dedicated to the medium of expression, Channing Tatum was joined by a surprise guest: Beyonce.
Channing’s wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum was Channing Tatum’s originally opponent, but the pop superstar made a surprise entrance after Tatum gave his rendition (in full Beyonce attire) of “Run the World (Girls).” The crowd understandably went nuts, and Channing deferential bowed to Queen Bey.
The whole video is pretty hilarious, Channing Tatum’s physical comedy is always a highlight. Beyonce comes in at the 3:31 mark.
