On the morning after letting loose his new album, Darkest Before Dawn, Pusha T stopped by The Breakfast Club to chop it up with DJ Envy and Angela Yee -- Charlamagne Tha God was absent today. In the new interview, Push discussed his new project as well as how he's fared thus far as the President of GOOD Music, a position given to him by Kanye West.
As president, Push also revealed that he would sign Lil Wayne, despite their longstanding beef. Surprisingly, though, Push seems to consider Wayne as a potential asset in the "production house" -- perhaps helping create hot records from behind the scenes, much like Puffy did on Darkest Before Dawn.
When asked about other top rappers, Push said that he was "so first on Future," meaning he predicted the recent success of the DS2 trapper. He also admitted that Quan is another one of his favorite rappers, even though he doesn't "Hit the Quan" on his own free time. We're guessing he's referring to Rich Homie and not iHeartMemphis, the latter whom is behind the dance-rap sensation.
