BJ The Chicago Kid talks with The Breakfast Club about his career as a solo artist and his upcoming album.

BJ The Chicago paid a visit to The Breakfast Club, following his reveal of his debut album cover art, In My Mind. The singer is mostly known for his work with TDE artists, something which he speaks on during the beginning of the interview, calling the crew "family," although he's not actually signed to them.

BJ talks about the struggle of finding his own time, or his own career, as an artist, after working so much with other big names, from Kanye West to Dr. Dre. It sounds like he's never been too anxious about getting his "time" 'cause he knew it was bound to happen one day.

Watch the full twenty-minute sit-down above. Look out for In My Mind.
