When we interviewed 808 Mafia's TM88 last month, one of the upcoming projects that he sounded most excited about was something called "88 Will Kill Bill," an "MP4 mixtape." "I'm actually taking scenes from the movie," he explained, "and I make the beats around it." This is partially inspired by 808 Mafia's DJ tag, which is a siren taken from the film, and partially by TM's love for Quentin Tarantino's movies. Today, part one has arrived, so watch it above.
The eight minute long video centers on the second film's battle between Uma Thurman and the Crazy 88s, and edits the video to make room for some distortion and other trippy effects. Be sure to also check out TM's new website, which dropped along with the video.
