To say Dr. Dre's upcoming studio album is long-awaited is an extreme understatement. The album has essentially become the Chinese Democracy of the rap game, and while it will finally arrive this week, it will be ditching it's original name of Detox, to the movie tie-in, Compton.

In a new video from Beats 1 music, a few celebrities (including YG, DJ Quik, and Boogie) talk about their Compton roots, before a brand new Dr. Dre song plays, and this time, he's actually rapping! Check it out above. Do you think the album will live up to the hype?
