Don't Call The Cops, an Archibald Slim album produced entirely by fellow Awful Records member Dexter Dukarus, features some of the best music we've heard from either of them. Pairing Slim's no-bullshit rapping with Dukarus' subtly trippy production, they crafted a cohesive collection of tracks that moves their respective styles forward while staying true to their roots. Today one of its best tracks, "God Bless," gets a video from Awful's go-to director, Mike Ellwood.
Starring Archibald and featuring a cameo from the crew's own Slug Christ, the clip follows another young dude as he struggles to make a living by dealing to locals. In the end, he resorts to a much more desperate form of money-making, leaving us with a dramatic conclusion to the video.
