Dizzy Wright is going hard today, even though it's a holiday. The rapper actually dropped his new album The Growing Process a day early through Funk Volume only (for iTunes, it appears you still have to wait until May 26th). In addition to the full album stream, Dizzy's sharing an official music video for "False Reality" off the LP. The visual, from APlusFilmz, takes the idea of the song's title and puts it on display. What at first appears to be a gangster counting his money with pill bottles strewn across the table, actually turns out to be a music video set, with fake dollar bills. As Dizzy raps on the set, we see more of what goes into the 'false reality' purveyed in music videos and rap lyrics, with a video vixen getting dolled up for the shoot. Then, we get to see the other side of the 'false reality'-- when it infiltrates the homes of young kids, who attempt to mimic what they see in the music video.
