Miley Cyrus made her way to the East Coast this past week to perform at Adult Swim's Upfronts show in New York on Wednesday night. In typical Miley fashion, she wore her nipple pasties and leggings (paired with butterfly wings, cause why not) and decided to cover the raunchy rap song, Khia's "My Neck, My Back" for the crowd.
