After premiering the audio for Toronto up & comer Rashid St. James' "We Like To Party," we're following that up with the official music video for the trap-influenced banger.
The visual, directed by Pavel Ioudine, definitely embodies the dark and chaotic elements of the song. Your average house party looks scary through the eyes of Rashid St. James, with masks hoodlums and black lights.
Rashid says of the music video, "the video was shot in downtown Toronto at DJ/producer Birthday Boy's house. The premises [were] transformed into a funhouse for the night where anything goes. OOC (Out Of Control) means freedom to live out your own desires and needs whether it be through your art or your own personal pleasure agenda. We promote the individual not the crowd. Everybody was welcome in the video; the whole clique mentality was shut down. We captured downtown Toronto at night in its rawest light and recorded it."
