2 Chainz not only appeared on the G.O.O.D. Music single "Mercy," but also had Kanye West come out on BET's 106 & Park the other day. This got people wondering how closely the rapper is associated with G.O.O.D. Music.
2 Chainz spoke on the rumours of him singing with Kanye to Angie Martinez on Hot 97.
"What happened was, I had 106 & Park this week to bring up my video, 'Riot,''" 2 Chainz explained.
"I've been communicating with 'Ye for a year now as far as building a relationship, and he came up to BET, and, you know...the guys from BET started coming back there. It soon became all about him," he added.
When Martinez asked 2 Chainz if he was signed to G.O.O.D. Music outright, 2 Chainz repsonded ambiguously, "I just think it's some things we workin' out."
2 Chainz' debut album, Based On A T.R.U. Story, is set to drop on August 14th.
