The long tracking shot is one of the most impressive film techniques, but it's a difficult one to pull off. Never one to skimp on the technical aspects of songwriting, Los has delivered an equally thrilling video treatment for his densely rhythmic new single, "War".
Similar to Wiz Khalifa's "We Dem Boyz" last year, the camera starts by following Los through the house, but rather than throwing the concept halfway through to turn into a squad celebration, conversations unfold amongst characters, and things end with a chilling twist. Jerome D, who worked with Kendrick Lamar for his "Poetic Justice" and "Swimming Pools (Drank)" videos takes the directors chair on this one.
The single will appear on Los' upcoming album, God, Money, War.
