Big Sean made his way by Jimmy Fallon Monday night and served as the episodes very special musical guest.
Dedicating the song to his late grandmother, and emotional Sean Don took the stage backed by a live band to perform his record “One Man Can Change The World”, which is in support of his latest album, Dark Sky Paradise. Hours prior to taking the stage, news surfaced that Sean and girlfriend, Ariana Grande, have officially called it quits making this 4/20 quite the emotional day for Sean to say the least.
