Solo Lucci "Whip It" Video

Solo Lucci was born in Fort Worth, Texas, but left the city to pursue a musical career in Atlanta. His style appears to be more informed by the new setting than the chopped-and-screwed sounds of his birthplace, with Lucci delivering a barreling auto-tuned battle cry on his new single "Whip It".

The rapper spoke to HNHH via email about the inspiration behind the record; "[It's a] combination of the streets and the trap fused with passion of the hustle," he wrote. The video is similarly gritty, but also extremely stylish, with Lucci making his way from the kitchen to the foreign car.
