A$ton Matthews is an up-and-coming rapper out of Lakewood, and one of the hottest young gangsta rappers from the L.A. area. While we await his new music, we're still banging his last mixtape, Aston 3:16. Today, one of the tape's hottest cuts, "CHAPO", gets a video, and it features Long Beach's Vince Staples, who's already solidified his name after a prolific 2014.
A$ton and Vince give us a classic West Coast street video, in which we get overhead shots of some of L.A.'s toughest neighborhoods. We're expecting big things from both guys in the remainder of 2015.
You think A$ton or Vince have got what it takes to lead a West Coast revival?
