Charles Hamilton chops it up with Hot 97 about his hiatus from the rap game and more.

Charles Hamilton is vying for a comeback. The rapper had brief stint in the rap game around 2009 with his hit "Brooklyn Girls," and even landed a spot on the infamous 2009 XXL Freshmen cover, however after a string of weird incidents he basically withdrew from the public eye. Now that he's promoting new music, specifically a single called "NY Raining" featuring Rita Ora, the Sonic the Hedgehog enthusiast paid a visit to Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez to speak on his past tribulations and what else he has in store.

Charles Hamilton spoke on being overwhelmed by negative comments during his heyday, and taking them to heart. He also spoke on the infamous video footage of him being punched in the face by a girl, and much more. Watch above.
