The mysterious case of Tamla Horsford was closed after authorities claimed her death was an accident, not finding any evidence of foul play. She attended an adult slumber party in 2018 before being beaten and thrown off the balcony to her death.
This week, her family fired off an explosive letter that suggests she was murdered and people are opening their eyes to the tragedy.
After a review of her case, the family suspects that murder is a strong possibility. "Witness statements are in conflict. A potential suspect handled the body as well as the evidence prior to law enforcement arrival. Evidence was disposed of and no inquiry followed. The scene was not preserved. Evidence was inappropriately handled," says the family attorney. "A remarkable fact is that there were no photographs taken during the autopsy of Tamla's body. This had to have been done at someone's directive because such a practice is unheard of."
Further on in the letter, the Horsford family attorney states that Tamla was involved in a struggle with parallel scratches on her arm.
50 Cent and T.I. have taken note of the suspected murder of Tamla Horsford, urging people to take action so her case can be re-opened.
"Where is the investigation on this one? SMH," asked 50 Cent.
A photo of Tamla and the seven white women she slept over with has been circulating online and over 500,000 people have signed a petition for the case to start up again.
