Back in June, Uncle Murda decided to switch up his alias by changing his rap name to his government name Lenny Grant, and release a new single in the process called “On & On” featuring Jeremih & 50 Cent. Now fast forward a few months later to today, and the trio have returned to share its official video.
Kicking off in Brooklyn, NYC with Fatboy SSE providing some comedic relief, the trio of artists eventually head out West to the sunny skies of LA to enjoy some much needed R&R time, riding around the City of Angels in their Rolls Royce and surrounding themselves with plenty of pretty women poolside. Directed by Eif Rivera, the cinematic video surfaces almost immediately following the premiere of 50 Cent’s new comedy show “50 Central” on BET Wednesday night.
The record itself is in support of Uncle Murda’s upcoming album The Lenny Grant Story, which is on the way. Check out the official video (above) and show your support on iTunes.
In other related news, 50 Cent has been making headlines this past week for his promo run for his new show "50 Central." During a recent a visit at Hot 97’s Ebro In The Morning, Fif & Ebro got into a small altercation about who was responsible for killing New York rap in the 2000’s, meanwhile at the Breakfast Club, Fif dissed Irv Got for his “trash” television series Tales, which Irv then responded Wednesday afternoon with. "All bulls**t aside. I WANNA THANK THIS N****," Irv said in the caption to a video clip of the interview he posted on social media. "HE PROMOTE MY S**T BETTER THAN @bet Hahaha. And it's obvious. YOU LOVE TALES. You just can't say it. Obviously. You say great concept. Poor execution. Hahaha. F**k outta here!!” Irv said.
