Last year, South Central's own DUBB (Determined Unique Beyond Belief) scored his biggest feature do date, appearing on three cuts on The Game's Blood Moon: Year of the Wolf. Now he's made two videos, shown back-to-back, for two of those songs--"Trouble on My Mind" and "Food For My Stomach."
Unfortunately The Game isn't here this time, but DUBB keeps R&B duo Jake & Papa on the hook for "Trouble on My Mind," and holds "Food For My Stomach" completely on his own. DUBB spits cold-blooded rhymes with no abandon; lines like "funeral parlor on speed dial" throw us right into the hostile streets he's grown up in. And alongside Jake & Papa, we get a strong whiff of some hey-day L.A. g-funk. With The Game's blessing, we expect big things from DUBB in the near future.
