Back in 2011 Young Thug was just another Atlanta rapper working to make a name for himself in this game. He had yet to break out with songs like "Stoner" and "Danny Glover," and he'd yet to link with his Rich Gang buddies Birdman and Rich Homie Quan. No matter, at the age 19, he knew exactly what his goals were in the rap game, and about five years later, he's achieved them.
This old interview with Thugga has been circulating the web today, and in it the interviewer asks Thug what his future holds. He replies firmly that he'll be connecting with Wayne and Young Money, although he wasn't actually working with them yet. "Wayne. Young Money. I’m workin’ with them… Young Money. I’m comin’," he says. Okay, so in actuality he's working more closely with Birdman and Cash Money, but close enough right?
