With its opening drumroll, undeniably funky guitar licks, use of unique percussion instruments and, of course, those horns, OutKast's "SpottieOttieDopaliscious" is one of the duo's most iconic songs. Taken from 1998's Aquemini, the track has been the subject of several freestyles in the past, and now the latest comes from J-Doe and his Conglomerate boss Busta Rhymes.
Delivered in video form, their version oscillates between swaggy raps, auto-tuned hooks and Busta's usual hyperspeed delivery. The somewhat trippy visuals project various images onto both rappers, who appear in front of black backgrounds for contrast's sake.
Stay tuned for more from J-Doe this year.
