Mariah Carey was a guest on the Ellen Show recently, and she used the opportunity to announce that she'd be taking up a residency in Las Vegas, at Caesars Palace.
The residency is centered around all of the veteran singer's number 1 hits, as she tells Ellen, "I have to hope that the fans will enjoy this ’cause I’m gonna be performing, which was kind of inspired by my album No.1′s, and this is now the updated version with 18 of them."
As part of promoting the residency, Mariah surprised several fans at Caesar's Palace and gave them tickets to see her live. Watch the segment above.
