After selling 42,000 copies of Cadillactica in its first week, Big K.R.I.T. continues rolling out a "making of" documentary for the project. Following episodes one and two, the Mississippi rapper shares the third, which focuses on the making of the album track "Soul Food."
Working with the insanely talented Raphael Saadiq in the studio, Krizzle informs us of how much he's learned from the session musicians who helped out with the album, saying:
"It's amazing to work with session musicians -- they get it. In all spectrums: hip-hop, soul, jazz, blues, all of it."
Saadiq clearly made a big impact on K.R.I.T., and "Soul Food" is a great testament to their chemistry.
