YG announced a short film and soundtrack the other week, "Blame It On The Streets," to follow up his debut album My Krazy Life. In a similar vein as the day-in-a-life album, the short film will also center around YG's Compton lifestyle before his rap rise to fame. Rick Gonzales and Jade Yorker will co-star alongside YG in the film, which was written by YG and Lucky Rogers. Today Revolt TV unleashed our first look at the movie, with a short trailer. The trailer alone shows quite a bit of violence, as gun shots are fired back and forth, narrated by spoken word poetry.
Directed by Alex Nazari
The short film impacts on December 15th.
