Young Chop has been a long-time collaborator and supporter of Chief Keef, the two basically got their fame hand-in-hand thanks to the viral "I Don't Like." When Chop stopped by for an interview the other week, he spoke on first connecting with Keef back in 2010 on his first mixtape. "The rest is history, we started making hits," he said.
Chop also spoke about life in Chicago, "It could just go down anywhere. That's basically like what it is in Chicago. Just violence and fuckin' thotties and motherfuckin' music. And we just talking about what we seeing in the streets."
The producer also spoke on other rappers from the Chi, including Chance The Rapper (whom he says he was in the studio with recently), as well as Lucki Eck$ and Tink. Finally, he lets us know on who else he's been collabing with lately, listing off: French Montana, Diddy, Kanye West. Check out the exclusive interview above.
