Theophilus London does a pitch-perfect recreation of his "Tribe" video on Letterman.

The video for Theophilus London and Jesse Boykins III's "Tribe," taken from London's newly-minted Vibes, consists of the Brooklyn rapper/singer/dancer/fashionista dancing in shiny gold pants, a jean jacket and a wide-brimmed hat that makes Pharrell's look like a fedora in comparison. Some talented backup dancers appear behind him, in front of a white background. When London took to the Late Show With David Letterman last night to perform the track, he gave us an almost identical performance to go along with it.

Watch above as he vogues his way through the "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'"-referencing track. Oh, and after this, can we officially declare a moratorium on the phrase "Mama-say mama-sah ma-ma-coo-sah" in hip-hop?
