Earlier this week, we found that Lil Wayne’s Carter V was getting pushed back, so to keep his fans happy, Weezy decided to come through tonight and not only release a new Lox-featured song titled “Gotti”, but he also made this Public Service Announcement about the album's delay.
During the announcement, Weezy explains that the album was pushed back for a quality control issue, explaining that he recorded so many songs that he didn't want to cheat the fans with half of a product. So in order to give the fans the best outcome, Weezy is going to release the album in two parts, with the first part of the Carter V dropping on December 9th.
