While Juicy J's spent the past few years milking all his "Godfather of Trap" status is worth with Katy Perry collabs and a newfound level of fame, DJ Paul and the rest of his Three 6 Mafia affiliates have been keeping things dark and grimy with the Da Mafia 6ix project.
Having done this shit for years, Paul and Co. sound like the grizzled vets they are on "Lock'm N Da Trunk," a new track that gets a video today. Apart from a few updates on the sound and the rappers' flows, this sounds like it could've feasibly dropped at the peak of Three 6's career in the late '90s.
